As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our custom home building projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality homes.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our talented team of architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring our clients’ visions to life.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to develop project plans and specifications that reflect the client’s vision and requirements• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to codes and regulations• Identify and address issues or challenges proactively throughout the construction process• Maintain strong communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction• Lead and motivate project teams to foster a collaborative and productive environment• Maintain accurate documentation, including project records, expenses, and change ordersQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct)• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationBenefits• Competitive salary commensurate with experience• Profit sharing• Retirement savings plan with company match• Paid time off and holidays• Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the companyJoin UsIf you are a motivated and dedicated professional with a passion for custom home building, we invite you to join our team.
