Senior Project Manager

Being partnered with some of the worlds largest data center developers, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve success.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from conception to completion whilst delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesReview and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure projects adhere to strict compliance standards.Oversee on-site construction activities, collaborate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.Analyze budgets, manage project costs, and diligently track expenses.Ensure construction quality and oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.Qualifications4+ years experience in real estate development, construction, or designData center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferredProficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
