This role involves conducting quality inspections and supervising all project personnel, including staff and subcontractors.This person will be responsible for on-site oversight with coordinating all activities on the construction site. They will monitor on-site safety compliance and maintain cleanliness and orderliness. They will be the primary contact for inspection authorities and facilitating approvals and inspections. They will coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment on-site. They will be responsible for hiring sub-contractors as needed and assign to work projects.There is a current project in Nashua, NH so they will be mostly operating out of that location, but 90% travel nationwide will be required after completion of this project. THIS PERSON CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES BUT MUST BE OK WITH 90% TRAVEL**Compensation:$125K/yr to $135K/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
