Contract To Hire role in NJHybrid - Must be able to go onsite. (Morris County)We’re seeking a technically savvy Project Manager—not a developer, but someone who has deep project exposure to Agile/JIRA environments and can effectively drive complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.• Resiliency & Disaster Recovery• Security (security scans, penetration testing)• Formalize intake processes and ensure alignment with architecture and security standards• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, security teams, and engineering leads **• Track execution and ensure completion across scrum teams• Drive accountability and quality in areas like pen testing and secure coding practicesScrum & Portfolio Oversight• Build and maintain JIRA dashboards to track velocity and sprint progress across multiple teamsIdeal Candidate **• Hands-on experience with JIRA, agile delivery, and managing velocity across scrum teams• Able to operate with a strong sense of ownership and drive cross-functional outcomes in a fast-paced environment
