And through their owner-operator mindset, they approach every project with accountability, agility, and a deep sense of ownership.The Role:The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing on-site coordination for all phases of data center construction projects. This includes managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The role also involves scheduling, inspections, quality control, and ensuring job site safety.Duties:Schedule Management: Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.Quality Control: Perform quality control duties to ensure work meets specified standards.Compliance Oversight: Ensure subcontractors comply with the contracted scope of work and safety, health, and environmental standards.Inspection Coordination: Arrange necessary inspections with local jurisdictions.Conflict Resolution: Identify and communicate construction progress conflicts to the project team for resolution.Daily Reporting: Maintain a written daily log of job site activities.Essentials:Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade): Essential for managing various construction phases and ensuring adherence to specifications.Schedule Management: Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.Quality Control: Perform quality control duties to ensure work meets specified standards.Compliance Oversight: Ensure subcontractors comply with the contracted scope of work and safety, health, and environmental standards.Conflict Resolution: Identify and communicate construction progress conflicts to the project team for resolution.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferred9+ years Construction experience, required with Data Center experience preferredConfident in MEP construction blueprint reading and instillationsBenefits:Per Diem if travelingBonus eligibleBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ matchPTO and Paid HolidaysReady to lead the charge and drive real impact?Apply now and help us build something exceptional — together.
