Akkodis is seeking a Human Resources Project Manager for a 6+ months Contract position with a client located in Phoenix AZPay Range: $80/hr. - $84.00/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Job Description:Seeking experienced HR Project Management Specialists to support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM as the business transitions into a standalone entity. This is a high-impact, long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time conversion by year-end. Youll work closely with a third-party implementation vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules tailored to Aerospace needs.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.• Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with Aerospace-specific HR processes.• Conduct system testing (Sprint, SIT, UAT) and validate data conversions.• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support post-go-live production needs.• Assist with project planning and day-to-day program coordination.• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.Required Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion.• Functional expertise in at least 2-3 of the following modules:* Core HR* Compensation* Benefits* Recruiting* Talent & Performance* Learning• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize HR processes using Oracle HCM tools.• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and issue resolution.• Familiarity with Oracle best practices and implementation methodologies.• Basic project management skills-including planning, coordination, and communication-are essential.Work Schedule & Travel:• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/2 remote• Standard hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Phoenix time),• Occasional early morning meetings due to global collaboration.• Flexibility required during critical project phases.• Minimal travel expected; occasional trips to Charlotte may be required for workshops or key meetings.If you are interested in this Human Resources Project Manager job in Phoenix AZ, please contact Nitesh Kumar at (610 206 0160) or Nitesh.Kumar@.
