Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction ProjectsAbout the CompanyWe’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects in the Anaheim area. The APM will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.About the RoleWe’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects in the Anaheim area. The APM will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documentationCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsSupport jobsite activities and maintain progress trackingHelp ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codesAttend project meetings and support issue resolutionQualifications2–4 years of experience in commercial constructionBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)Required SkillsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar toolsPreferred SkillsNone specifiedPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary + benefits package, commensurate with experience.Base salary varies, up to $125KBonus up to 10%+MedicalDentalVisionExciting, curated personal development programEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.```
