This role requires occasional travel to Toledo, OH and is ideal for someone based in Columbus or open to regional travel. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to lead field operations with confidence.ResponsibilitiesLead on-site construction activities for multifamily wood-frame projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Review coordination drawings and collaborate with the design team to address any discrepancies.Utilize Bluebeam for document review, field coordination, and communication.Oversee material procurement, ensuring alignment with project timelines and design specifications.Track material lead times and manage deliveries to avoid schedule delays.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to deliver a successful project on time and on budget.QualificationsStrong background in multifamily and wood-frame construction.Proficiency with Bluebeam and experience in reviewing coordination drawings.Excellent understanding of material logistics and lead time tracking.Ability to lead field teams and maintain site standards with minimal oversight.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel to Toledo, OH as needed for project oversight.
