We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Project Manager (EPM) to lead a transformative, multibillion-dollar capital project for one of our premier technology clients. This highly confidential program, based inRaleigh, NC(additional opportunity in San Jose, CA), spans 3 to 5 years and represents a strategic investment in the clients footprint consolidation. As a key member of the project delivery team, EPM will serve as the executive leader of a multidisciplinary team, working in close partnership with the client’s PMO Lead. The role demands exceptional leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to drive complex project execution across design management, construction management, project controls, health & safety, and quality assurance/quality control functions. ResponsibilitiesChampion Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives while reinforcing a proactive site safety culture and regulatory compliance throughout project stages. Lead client relationship management and serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and third-party partners. Direct preconstruction and project delivery planning, including estimates, schedules, resource plans, and contractual documentation. Manage project risk, change orders, and issue resolution while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, timelines, and financial targets. Oversee integration of multi-disciplinary teams and ensure effective coordination across design, procurement, construction, and operational readiness. Drive quality assurance, value engineering, and cost reduction strategies while monitoring progress metrics, recovery plans, and project phasing. Ensure appropriate Owner Rep staffing, resource allocation, and performance reporting to meet evolving project needs and leadership expectations. QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; M.S. or MBA preferred. Minimum of 20 years of capital program leadership experience within Industrial Manufacturing and Advanced Technology sectors. Proven success managing integrated teams across complex, multi-phase capital projects exceeding $1 billion in value. Deep expertise in project delivery methods, footprint consolidation, contract negotiations, and issue resolution. Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills with a consistent record of meeting scope, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
