Project Manager

A leading self-perform general contractor with an immediate need for a Project Manager experienced in water/wastewater and pipeline construction.This role is focused on the successful closeout of a large-scale infrastructure project currently in its final phases. We’re seeking a candidate who can step into a leadership role, take control quickly, and deliver against high technical and regulatory standards.About the **Lead field operations for a large scale pipeline project, currently 80%-90% completeOversee remaining lift and pump station phases, coordinating closely with internal crews and subcontractorsMaintain full compliance with Bureau of Reclamation and USACE quality standardsManage self-perform scopes including earthwork, underground piping, and mechanical workEnsure strong communication across all stakeholders and maintain control over cost, safety, and scheduleIdeal *Background in water/wastewater infrastructure and pipeline projects (**** federal or public works)Strong experience managing self-perform crews and field operationsFamiliar with BoR and USACE requirements and documentation standardsAble to lead project execution from closeout through final client turnoverProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading under pressureCompensation & *****Base Salary: $100K–$150K (depending on experience;Gas card for travelCar allowance4% 401(k) matchRelocation support available for the right candidateAll inquiries will be handled with full discretion.If youre open to exploring this or know someone who fits the profile, please reach out directly to discuss next steps.
