The Construction Superintendent at Equestrian Luxury Homes, LLC will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to completion. This role requires a strong command of luxury building standards, superior project management skills, and the ability to lead subcontractors and trades in a high-end, fast-paced construction environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily on-site operations of a luxury residential construction projectEnsure construction is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and tradesConduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with architectural plans, specs, building codes, and safety standardsManage construction schedules, update project timelines, and track progressProactively identify issues and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overrunsEnforce job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all timesWork closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and ownership team to resolve field-related mattersMaintain daily field reports and site documentationLead quality control and punch list efforts to ensure a seamless project turnoverQualificationsMinimum 7–10 years of experience as a Superintendent, including experience on ground-up luxury residential or mixed-use buildingsStrong knowledge of all phases of residential construction including concrete, MEP systems, finishes, façade work, and vertical transportationExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProficient in construction software platforms (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.)Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between office and field teamsBachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsHigh attention to detail, commitment to craftsmanship, and experience in luxury-level finishes and execution
