We focus on providing innovative project controls solutions and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for our team members.Position Overview:Logic is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team and support transportation construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and managing detailed schedules using Primavera P6, with a focus on resource loading and critical path method (CPM) scheduling. The Senior Scheduler will play a key role in ensuring project milestones are met and stakeholders are well-informed of schedule status and risks.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for transportation capital improvement projects using Primavera P6.Perform resource loading to ensure accurate allocation of labor, equipment, and materials across the project lifecycle.Conduct critical path method (CPM) analysis to identify key activities, milestones, and potential risks.Collaborate with project teams to gather schedule inputs, validate activity sequencing, and ensure alignment with project objectives.Monitor and update project schedules regularly, providing detailed reports and analytics to project stakeholders.Analyze schedule performance and variances, recommending corrective actions as necessary to mitigate delays and risks.Integrate schedules with cost controls and project management systems to provide a holistic view of project progress.Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.Provide support for project claims and change order management by preparing as-built schedules and delay analysis reports.Qualifications:LAWA or LA Metro experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience as a Scheduler.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced understanding of CPM scheduling.Experience with resource loading and schedule integration with cost controls.Knowledge of electric utilities undergrounding construction processes is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Certifications preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP)Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)Perks & BenefitsHybrid - Enhanced work-life balance with our hybrid model combining both remote and in-office work.Climbing PTO - Enjoy freedom and flexibility with our annual increasing paid time off.Paid Holidays - We observe 9 federal holidays.Health & Wellness - We prioritize your physical and mental well-being with health and wellness initiatives and programs.Medical & Retirement Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement with company match ensures you and your familys health and future are well-protected.Career Growth - Fast-track your career with our robust learning and development opportunities.Culture Focused - Thrive in our inclusive, vibrant culture that values diversity, teamwork, and mutual respect.
