Strong knowledge of plant materials, installation methods, and residential site development. Bachelors or Associates degree preferred if under 5 years of experience.Certified: Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist (PCH) strongly preferred. APLD, NCLC, or similar certifications are a plus.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management tools and basic design software. (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion.)
