Project Manager, High-end Residential ConstructionFort Worth, TXJoin a High-end Custom luxury home builder in the role of Senior Residential Construction Project Manager. This role comes with clear opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow into a General Manager position for the right candidate.The best candidate will have tenured experience in the Fort Worth area and strong knowledge of permitting and is passionate about excellent workmanship and client service! This position will manage projects from their home office, and in the field in the interim of expanding into a new office. You will serve as the liaison between our clients and the jobsite, providing strong communication to owners and your team. This positions responsibilities will include estimating and budgeting, permitting, scheduling, leading meetings with clients, creating cost-to-complete analyses, executing change orders and purchase orders, and ordering.QUALIFICATIONS TO *****Bachelors degree in construction science or equivalent work experienceAt least 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction managementProficiency in MS Office programsKnowledge of Fort Worth Permitting is requiredCustom Home Builder Experience, or Complex Commercial experience (High Rise, Hospitals, etc.,) is requiredAbility to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, and assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environmentsAbility and desire to grow into leading a team is idealBuilderTrend software knowledge is beneficialEnjoy a competitive salary, a performance-based bonus program, medical, advancement, and a generous time off program.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
