About this **Job ** Field Project Manager (FPM)Key duties **Project ** Lead and manage complex site projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to IT standards, and achievement of site project goals. Develop and maintain site project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Vendor ***** Verify that the integration vendor has completed the work scope and provided quality workmanship based on data network and cabling standards.Project ***** Conduct requirements assessments, develop floorplans and work plans, and coordinate work schedules with school custodians and personnel.Safety & ***** Ensure a safe working environment by meeting all environmental requirements, including checking for AHERA hazards. Review and authorize necessary permits.Coordination & ***** Coordinate with integrators and cable vendors, manage inventory, and oversee acceptance procedures. Maintain thorough project documentation and provide status updates.Risk ***** Identify, document, escalate, and address risks and issues via client approved processes. Ensure positive relationship management with leadership, peers, field staff, and schools.Portfolio ***** Perform day-to-day management of the project portfolio, including requirements gathering, design, and invoice fulfillment. Archive all relevant documentation and manage audit-related activities.Site ***** Conduct site meetings, assign action items, and track ongoing work activities.MINIMUM **6+ years of Project Management experience in the Data Networking industry.6+ years of on-site Field Project Management in Network Infrastructure Installation and Deployment.5+ years of customer service experience and client-facing roles, interacting with vendors and end-users.6+ years of experience documenting project deliverables.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project).Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.** For H-1B and OPT cases, we are seeking candidates from recognised organizations."No phone calls please."
