Whether you need commercial or individual insurance plans, we’ll use our 100-plus years of experience to ensure that you receive the best experience working with one of our trusted agents.Personal Lines Account ManagerJob Summary:To serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account Managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their co-workers.Essential Responsibilities:The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing professional service to new and existing clients in a timely and accurate manner.Achieve a retention rate of 92% for your book of business:Proactively reach out to clientsConduct ongoing account reviews for your designated portion of the businessWork efficiently and effectively with clients on their policiesEffective account roundingGenerate referrals for personal lines and other departmentsEducate the clients about the benefits of having our agency as their agencyProcess cancellations according to process and set Win back task to ProducerRemarket any renewals if needed and cannot upsell the renewalGenerate additional revenue for the book of business:Review accounts when clients call in and work to improve coverage both through endorsements and coverage increasesIdentify account rounding opportunities and proactively pursue themIdentify coverages that clients have with other agentsGenerate demand for coverages the client did not know they needed (i.e., boat, umbrella, etc.)Conduct Account Reviews:Complete 100% of account reviews assigned to you each week, which includes reviewing potential discounts and coverage gapsContact the client for a formal review that improves the client relationship, generates opportunity and reduces remarketingFollow agency remarketing guidelinesProvide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions, and endorsements:Work to manage clients’ expectationsFollow up via phone or email with clientsUse every opportunity to confirm and update client contact informationEducate clients on the benefits of using our agencyService Personal Lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposuresDocument in the agency management systemFollow agency service standards on follow up and follow throughConduct audits on new business files:Check new business files for accuracy and update any missed new business itemsSend any onboarding materials to clients post-saleSell new business for the agency:Take new business opportunities and quote them either on the phone or book an appointment with the person to review quotes no more than 48 hours laterIf Producer cannot complete sale within agency standard timeframe (AM gets 50% of new business commission if they write it)Follow the agency sales process and follow up according to the sales processHold the target agency closing ratioSupport the marketing and branding team in the following ways:Suggest blog, email and social media topics to the marketing departmentShare agency social media posts on personal social networksParticipate in pictures and agency branding opportunities when invitedAsk for Google reviewsQualifications:Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License requiredPersonal Lines Account Management experienceExperience with Vertafore products - AMS360 and ImageRight; will consider other agency management systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsPossess and maintain a positive attitude, including positive working relationships with clients and agency personnelStrong attention to detailDependability and punctualityHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmOffice Location: 3190 Executive Drive, San Angelo, TX 76904Benefits:Competitive Compensation PackageHealth Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Disability InsuranceSupplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysNo Solicitation Notification to Agencies: Please note that Keystone Agency Partners and our Partner Agencies do not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies.
