Most importantly, you’re excited to become a SharpCloud expert and champion—helping others understand the value of the platform through impactful solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Sales SupportTransform data from Excel, PowerPoint, and other sources into engaging, insightful SharpCloud stories.Support partners and account executives with sales opportunities by maintaining a curated library of materials, sample responses, and visual examples.Engage in value-driven conversations with prospects alongside the sales team to showcase SharpCloud’s capabilities.Understand and contribute to the sales cycle by collaborating closely with account executives.Customer Requirements & Project DefinitionLead discovery sessions with clients to gather, prioritize, and analyze business and technical requirements.Coordinate with internal teams (Enterprise Services, Product) to assess feasibility and develop project scopes.Define and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.Solution Design & ImplementationDesign and build SharpCloud enterprise solutions that include data capture, integration, interaction, and reporting elements.Facilitate collaborative working sessions with clients throughout the development process.Enablement & TrainingDevelop and deliver tailored enablement programs to empower clients and ensure successful adoption.Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create and update training and support materials, including documentation, videos, and SharpCloud stories.Solution & Product SupportDocument solutions for seamless handover to the support team.Provide ongoing solution support in line with client agreements.Collect and relay client feedback to the product team, contributing to SharpCloud’s continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsExperience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira)Familiarity with managing and working with large datasetsWorking knowledge of SQLSharpCloud is an equal opportunities employer.
