This position is located in New York, New York.Review and proofread a wide range of documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in language and formattingCollaborate with writers and content creators to improve the overall quality of written materialsEnsure compliance with company style guides and industry standardsProvide feedback on content structure and language to enhance readability and effectivenessUse digital platforms to manage and track proofreading tasks efficientlyDesired Skills/1+ years of proofreading experience, preferably in the financial services industryProven experience as a Proofreader, preferably within the insurance, legal, or finance industriesStrong understanding of presentations, white papers, and long-form documentsComfortable using workflow tools Experienced in using digital platforms for content managementHighly detail-oriented with excellent grammar, punctuation, and editing skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Workfront is a plus for project management and workflow trackingProficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workfront**Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $36.00.
