Maintenance Service Technician

PrideNow is hiring a skilled Customer Field Service Technician with electro-mechanical maintenance experience. This is a direct hire opportunity for our manufacturing client in Tonawanda/Buffalo area, NY.** $60k-$65k AnnuallyShift: 7/8am-4/5pm, candidates should be flexible to work OT and weekends occasionallyJob *Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying equipment ensuring safe and efficient operationTroubleshoot system errors and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore equipment functionalitySupport equipment commissioning and, when not in the field, assist with production, testing, and customer service tasksComplete and manage documentation and computer records required for service execution and quality trackingRemain available for on-call support as required by service agreementsRepresent the company professionally at customer sites with punctuality and appropriate conductDevelop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellenceSKILLS AND *3–5 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment, or equivalent hands-on technical experienceUnderstanding of control systems using PC and PLC architecturesExperience in the maintenance of complex industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to support field troubleshooting and service activitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage workload independentlyExcellent communication and customer-facing skills; ability to represent the company positively at customer sites.Experience supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex industrial equipment.Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently under time constraints.Familiarity with working in FDA-regulated or other highly regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical or biotech).
