The Opportunity A premier luxury residential builder is seeking a sharp, driven, and adaptable Project Manager with a passion for fine craftsmanship and an ambition to grow within a firm dedicated to excellence. In this role, you will lead the construction of two ultra-luxury custom estates concurrently, collaborating closely with seasoned superintendents, select trade partners, and some of the region’s most respected architects and designers. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the creation of legacy homes—among them, flagship projects valued at $85M+.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of construction for two simultaneous ultra-luxury residences ($15M–$200M)Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, and architectural/design teamsDrive project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client satisfactionCombine field expertise with software proficiency to manage documentation and reportingUphold an unwavering standard of craftsmanship and attention to detailQualifications** Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Construction Management (University of Florida alumni encouraged to apply) 3–6 years in high-end custom residential construction (experience with volume or production builders will not be considered)Project ** Managed ground-up builds or large-scale renovations in the $10M–$20M+ range* Intelligent, driven, humble, collaborative, and passionate about building exceptional homesCompensation & BenefitsBase * $140,000–$200,000+ depending on experiencePerformance * Potential of $10K–$50K+ annually Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off (10 vacation days + 5 sick/personal days to start, increasing with tenure)Relocation *** Available for exceptional candidatesIf you are ready to help shape some of the most extraordinary homes ever built, apply today to learn more.
