After an initial training period (M-F, 8 am – 4 pm), the work schedule will follow a 12-hour day/night rotation per the client’s production shift schedule.Education and ***** A.A.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering TechnologyDemonstrated experience with robots and conveyor systemsAbility to navigate and interpret PLC codeIn lieu of a degree, 5+ years hands-on experience with robots, PLCs, AC/DC and servo motors, pneumatic systems, sensors, valves, and other automation-related equipmentWindows PC and Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word)Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work safely around automated equipmentSoft **Safety consciousSelf-starter with the ability to work both independently and in small teamsAbility to multitask with strong organizational skillsResults-drivenKey **Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide array of automation systems in the warehouse area including, mini load AS/RS cranes, Fanuc robots, various roller conveyors, and automation devices.Work with the operations team to ensure all processes and equipment are running smoothly and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.Work with the engineering team on advanced support issues or process improvement projects.Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed thoroughly.
