At the core of our operation is our Delaware fulfillment center, where we process high-volume outbound orders across diverse SKUs and platforms.We are seeking an Operations Manager who will own the strategic and tactical management of our warehouse facility. This role is designed for an operational leader who brings both insight and precision—someone who can elevate teams, optimize systems, and directly impact the speed and quality of customer delivery.The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of fulfillment, inventory flow, and team leadership within our New Castle facility. You’ll have full ownership of daily execution, long-term process development, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll be entrusted with shaping a high-performance environment that’s equally rigorous and empowering.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment Leadership: Execute daily outbound operations, ensuring speed and accuracy of all shipments while tracking against aggressive internal KPIs.People Management: Lead, coach, and grow a team of warehouse associates. Cultivate a culture of discipline, clarity, and shared accountability.Inventory Integrity: Manage SKU-level inventory within our internal systems, maintain real-time visibility, and troubleshoot discrepancies.Process Optimization: Design and refine SOPs for every layer of fulfillment and inventory handling; drive throughput and reduce friction.Cost Control: Oversee operating budgets, monitor variable labor and shipping costs, and respond dynamically to fluctuations in volume.Cross-Departmental Alignment: Interface with Procurement, Analytics, and Marketplace Ops teams to ensure synchronization across inbound, outbound, and reconciliation processes.Compliance & Quality Standards: Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation policies—maintaining audit-readiness at all times.Profile of an Ideal CandidateLeadership Experience: 5+ years managing warehouse or logistics teams in high-volume, tech-enabled environments.System Fluency: Proficiency with WMS platforms and Google Sheets/Excel; experience analyzing performance metrics and leading via data.Operational Foresight: Demonstrated ability to scale processes, increase throughput, and preempt bottlenecks before they materialize.People-first Management: Experience coaching diverse teams; you’re equally comfortable correcting performance issues and celebrating wins.Problem Solver: You’re not reactive—you anticipate.
