This role is 100% onsite in Maitland, FL and offers a strong opportunity for long-term growth.What You’ll DoManage all project ***** development, engineering, permitting, construction, and closeoutLead multiple concurrent transmission and substation projectsOversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingInterface with clients, contractors, permitting agencies, and internal teamsImplement project controls and ensure execution aligns with scope, timeline, and budgetWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of progressive T&D project management experience (including construction phase)Proven experience in T&D— substation and/or transmission line projects are requiredPrimavera P6 experience for project schedulingBachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (“Completed” must be included in education listing)Strong communication, cost management, and risk evaluation skillsPMP certification is a plusAdditional Details** Onsite in Maitland, FL (no remote/hybrid) Up to 10% (personal vehicle or rental, reimbursed)Contract ** 12-month contract-to-hire**** $60–$80/hr (based on experience)
