This position involves designing and optimizing workflows, analyzing user feedback, coordinating user-study operations, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop programs, processes, and best-practice standards to guide engineering teams through issue-tracking and project delivery. Design and optimize high-level workflows for ticket management and project operations, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and stakeholder visibility. Analyze reviews and user feedback about machine learning products to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and inform roadmap decisions. Coordinate and execute user-study operations, including planning, recruitment, data collection, and insights reporting. Meticulously track development progress, bug discovery, issue convergence, and testing. Develop relationships with multi-functional stakeholders to ensure work is completed with quality and on time. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, UX Design, or a related discipline. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate project updates to executives clearly and concisely. Self-starter and critical thinker with the ability to establish priorities and work autonomously. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a positive “can-do” attitude. Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Technical understanding of development tools, source control, and continuous integration build systems (e.g., Xcode, GitHub, Jenkins) and issue/project tracking software (e.g., Jira). Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, software operations, user research, or product management. Pay Range: $50 - $52The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
