Our U.S. headquarters is in Austin, TX, where we are building a small, powerful team of experienced professionals to drive growth across North America.POSITION OVERVIEWWe’re hiring an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations and customer order management at our U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving inventory, picking and packing online orders, processing returns, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.You’ll also serve as the go-to for customer inquiries such as resolving order issues, managing returns, issuing refunds, and tracking packages. Strong customer service and computer skills are essential.As part of a growing startup, we’re building from the ground up and looking for team members who are adaptable, proactive, and collaborative. Responsibilities may evolve over time, so a team-first mindset is key.KEY RESPONSIBILITES Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming stock deliveriesPick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with attention to accuracy and presentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentConduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory auditsReplenish picking stations and track supply levelsOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts (training provided)Prepare outbound shipments for tour merchandise, as neededCollaborate with inventory and operations teams to meet shipping deadlinesAccurately process returns and refunds, and manage related customer communicationsProvide customer support for online orders—track packages, resolve issues, and handle returnsSupport cross-functional needs and contribute to the team wherever neededQUALIFICATIONS1+ year experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics roleExperience with customer service, including handling returns or refundsStrong computer and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and qualityPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periodsFamiliarity with order or inventory software is a plusSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a teamInterest in music, merchandise, or entertainment is a bonusPERKS AND BENEFITSHealth insurance available (dependent on company plan)PTO and standard U.S. federal holidaysCareer growth opportunities within Allotment’s expanding global businessWHY JOIN USAs an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for fans and artists alike.
