Human Resources CoordinatorThis position carries out responsibilities in the following ***** benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment and employment.Essential Functions and **1. Performs benefits administration, processing health benefits and communicating benefits information to employees2. Resolves benefit issues and inquiries from plan participants3. Explains benefit details and administer benefits for health and ancillary products4. Audits employee benefit enrollment for accuracy and conducts premium reconciliation5. Processes payroll and manage payroll related activities6. Reviews time and labor daily and updates employee records7. Administers the company cafeteria plan and processes all reimbursements8. Conducts full-cycle recruiting9. Onboards new hires and conducts new-employee orientations10. Manages the pre-employment process11. Organizes company-wide events, coordinates staff meetings and employee events12. Maintains the company organizational charts and the employee directory13. Handles employee relations; counseling, and the outplacement process14. Maintains the human resource systems and personnel records15. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations16. Works collaboratively with the HR team on special projects and open enrollment activities17.
