Marvin Test Solutions is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to help us develop innovative marketing plans for our fast-growing Aerospace company in Irvine, CA. Youll work with a dynamic team to create print and digital content, analyze marketing metrics, and manage communication activities using CRM, social media, and marketing automation tools.Overview of your day-to-dayCreate print and digital outbound marketing plans and contentAnalyze overall digital marketing effectiveness by establishing metrics (website visits, new leads, lead conversions, SEO performance, etc.)Develop a content marketing plan that involves white papers, newsletters, editorial placements, and marketing CTAsHelp create marketing collateral and promotional material for new products, seminars, trade shows, etc.Develop external communications, newsletters, and other associated materials using designated software toolsManage marketing communication activities using CRM tools, social media, marketing automation tools, and other digital marketing toolsWhat makes you a great fitBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience coordinating marketing communication activities for a B2B technology companyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with writing technical papers/articles for newsletters and other publicationsStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in content-based marketing, print and digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation toolsProficient with Microsoft Office software and other web-based tools for creating external communications, newsletters, etc.Considered a plusExperience in the Mil-Aero and/or T&M marketsFamiliarity with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft DynamicsMilitary veteran with experience in aviation electronics and/or armament system testWhats in it for you?We encourage a healthy work-life balance to ensure you have peace of mind, both at work and at home.
