Job ** IT Audio/Visual Technician Boise, ID (100% Onsite) Required – Travel to in Idaho (up to 3 weeks per month, overnight stays included)Job *The IT Audio/Visual Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of all room audio and visual systems across Idaho. This includes help desk support, new equipment installs, hardware/software maintenance, and user training.Key *Install, configure, and troubleshoot A/V equipment (Bi-Amps, Amplifiers, Microphones, Speakers, DTENs).Support desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated software.Travel extensively for room upgrades, remodeling, and installs.Coordinate and conduct user training for clerks, judges, and assistants.Maintain accurate inventory records for room hardware.Collaborate with IT teams, staff, and local administration.Ensure end-user satisfaction through timely issue resolution and follow-up.Minimum *3+ years of IT and A/V support experience.Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, desktop troubleshooting, and software installs.Experience with basic networking tools and commands (ping, traceroute).Ability and willingness to travel statewide, with overnight stays.Valid drivers license is mandatory.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory).Preferred *Experience with room audio/video systems and For The Record (FTR) software.Familiarity with operations or systems.Skilled with power tools and structured cabling is a plus.Additional **All travel expenses are covered as per Client travel policies.This is a field-intensive role—ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and travel.
