Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance and electrical/instrumentation technicians, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring equipment reliability through sound maintenance practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.Analyze and improve maintenance systems and workflows.Utilize KPIs and root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.Ensure adherence to planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance practices.Support and enhance the Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP).Participate in FMEA and Management of Change (MOC) processes.Supervise and support maintenance and E&I technicians.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Manage daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.Use CMMS for work orders, inventory, procurement, and data analysis.Oversee performance management, timekeeping, and employee development.Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.Provide backup support and complete additional tasks as assigned.QualificationsAssociates degree or higher in a STEM field (Engineering preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment.At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Experience with industrial equipment such as evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, boilers, pumps, and instrumentation.Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance.CMRP certification or similar is a plus.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.Deep understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE.Capable of responding to emergencies and working outside normal hours as needed.
