Job ***** Construction Sales Administrative Assistant (permanent) Fully onsite- Martinez CAPay $23-$28/hr (with flexibility)Job **As a Construction Sales Administrative Assistant, you will support the sales team and project managers by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless sales processes. You will be an essential link between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments, helping to drive the success of construction projects from initial inquiry to project completion.Key *Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, proposals, and client records.Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.Prepare and process bid proposals, quotes, and project intake forms.Coordinate schedules and meetings for sales representatives and project teams.Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up with clients as needed.Maintain and update CRM systems with client and project information.Assist with data entry, reporting, and generating sales performance metrics.Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and correspondence.Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all documentation.****Previous experience in construction administration or sales support preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient with Salesforce & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
