Advent Talent Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to a Vice President. This role requires a seasoned professional with a service-oriented mindset, mature communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex priorities in a collaborative and respectful manner. The Executive Assistant will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage confidential information, and support strategic initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of the VPP’s office.Overview** Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid – In-office 3 days/week)Target Start * August 4, 2025Hybrid * 3 days/week in office (Occasional adjustments to schedule and additional in-office days may be require)Employment * ContractHourly * $65-70/hr.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.Compile materials for board books and executive meetings by gathering proposals and tracking inputs across domain teams.Prepare and manage expense reports and track contract/invoice documentation.Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics.Maintain the master calendar for Programs and coordinate meetings across divisions.Take and distribute comprehensive, timely meeting minutes.Support team retreats and draft internal communications and memos.Collaborate with administrative staff across departments to ensure seamless operations.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with SharePoint and CRM systems is a plus.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading abilities.Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and handle high-level scheduling with precision.Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Demonstrates high emotional intelligence with a strong ability to foster respectful, inclusive, and collaborative relationships; remains adaptable and composed in dynamic environments, effectively navigating change and ambiguity.Eligible employees will enjoy the following benefits with Advent Talent ** Medical Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO)Advent Talent Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAdvent Talent Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
