With our network of more than 80 manufacturing facilities and more than 4,000 employees, we’re leading the industry with innovation and a safety-first mindset.Job SummaryThe Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban items replenishment, leading receiving process and supporting kitting process for production.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely receipt of raw goodsDefine and implement receiving and shipping process, improve material flow in the plantControls inventory levels, conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP systemResponsible for managing warehouse material replenishmentCoordinates/organizes delivery of products to maximize trailer usageAnalyze root cause for inventory discrepancy and develop corrective action plan to resolve defined issuesOversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production areaSupports training of any new warehouse employees or other employees interacting with warehouseIdentify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control proceduresFill in for dispatch, if neededMaintain and update key performance indicatorsJob RequirementsDemonstrated commitment to achieving the organizations goals and objectivesAbility to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organizationProblem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processesHigh ethical standardsExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with ERP software strongly desiredAt least 3 years of experience with progressive responsibility in warehouse roleExperience managing others is a plusForklift Certification strongly desiredWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
