Identify and monitor KPIs to measure the success of recruitment activities and continuously optimize processes.Team Leadership and MentorshipLead, train, and mentor a team of recruitment staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.Data-Driven Decision Making & PresentationsTrack and analyze candidate data to identify insights, improve recruitment strategies, and inform management with regular reports. Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to manage and present detailed weekly and monthly reports.Compliance and Continuous ImprovementEnsure strict adherence to compliance protocols in ATS systems and other recruitment platforms for candidate data management.
