Our client specializes in custom prosthetics & orthotics for their customers, and they are seeking to add a Customer Service Order Entry Representative to their team!Hours are 8AM-5PMTemp role for 4 monthsPay $19/hrLocated in AlpharettaCustomer Service / Order Entry Representative **Manage large amounts of incoming callsWork with customers on placing ordersIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSeeking Customer Service Candidates with the **Proven customer support experienceManual order entry experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school degree
