This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in processing payroll using UKG/UltiPro. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and serving as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.Key *Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for 100+ employees using UKG/UltiProEnsure accuracy in employee timecards, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdingsMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsRespond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and payroll-related issuesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and distribute payroll reports as needed*2–5 years of payroll experienceProficient in UKG/UltiPro (required)Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulationsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust have multistate, state tax code and union exp.**Flexible weekly hours (30–40 hours/week)Contract position with potential for extension or permanent hireWork alongside a supportive and experienced HR/Finance team
