Our goal is to set the standard of care in our industry by creating an innovative and customized senior care experience.At AMADA, our Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive leadership for a premier home care company, operational management, and long-term growth.RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS**- Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in the following *Face of the company when someone comes into the office1st point of contact when someone calls the companyThe ability to take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate person.Direct responsibility for scheduling (clients) and personally confirming schedules.Direct responsibility for Staffing (caregivers) and confirming schedules.Basic Data entry information into company softwareMay assist and or conduct Orientation- *- Passion for working with Seniors- Prior experience working in the homecare industry preferred but not required- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Prior Scheduling within the health care industry preferred but not required- Proven ability to effectively multi-task- Demonstrate initiative to work independently day in and day out.- MUST HAVE the ** Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, working car, and proof of current car insurance- Basic Computer proficiency preferred (Microsoft Office, Outlook, create Power Points, Excel, IPhone, and IPad) as well as the ability to learn new applicationsAt AMADA, you will…Make a Difference Every DayWe are passionate about our mission — to enrich the lives of our clients.
