Inventory Specialist W2 Contract 4+ MonthsNeeded ASAPValencia, CA$20-24/hrWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Valencia, CA. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle), and a commitment to operational excellence.Key **Perform daily cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.Approve and process Account Alias transactions.Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.Issue and stock parts as needed.Maintain organized storage areas for all inventory categories.Communicate effectively with Warehouse Leads, Production Supervisors, and Management.Support internal audits and comply with audit policies.Perform other related duties as assigned.**High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
