Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator Location: Must live within 30 miles of Charlotte, NCRemote: Work from Home (WFH)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00pm. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment and is passionate about helping organizations find top talent through strategic advertising solutions.What You’ll DoAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our client success and vendor management, ensuring seamless coordination across recruitment advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include:Client Coordination and SupportServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsOrganize and manage recruitment advertising campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and moreSchedule and facilitate quarterly review meetings with clients, vendors, and our internal teamCampaign Execution and AnalysisSet up and monitor client accounts on various job boardsCommunicate with vendors regarding campaign setup, status updates, and analyticsDeliver campaign reports and insights with accuracy and timelinessAdministrative Project SupportDraft client contracts and manage renewalsCreate and post job ads, Google forms, and email campaignsAssist with resume screening and ongoing client communicationsWhat You Bring to the TeamBachelors degree or equivalent experience1–3 years working successfully in work from home (WFH) environment, in a fast-paced professional environmentFamiliarity with recruitment tools/platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Microsoft TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSuperior attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable multitasking and managing priorities independentlyClient-first attitude with a solution-oriented mindsetAbout BessireAs believers and followers of Jesus Christ, our aim is to glorify God in every aspect of our work.
