Hybrid | 2 weeks per month in Merrimack, NHWe are looking for a proactive individual to join our clients Middle Office Operations team. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have strong collaboration, customer focus, analytical, and development skills to solve complex business and technical problems. The Middle Office Operations team handles trade processing, settlements, corporate actions, income collection, cash management, reconciliations, securities lending, and transfer agent control. Our applications support derivatives, repo trades, collateral, and securities lending.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Pay: $90 - $100/hr W2ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members and business partners to solve complex business and technical problems.Provide creative and complete solutions for middle office trade processing, trade settlements, corporate actions, income collection, cash management, cash and position reconciliations, securities lending, and transfer agent control and reconciliation.Support applications related to derivatives, repo trades, collateral, and securities lending.Define clear and concise requirements for financial applications.Maintain positive relationships with business and technology partners.Engage in trade-off discussions with business partners to achieve optimal solutions.Experience Requirements3+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.Expertise in Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management, from either a business or technology perspective.Experience with Calypso Configuration and CATT tool.Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Excel, SQL, and microservices-based applications is preferred.Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of applications.Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or a Finance-related field.Good interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical team members.Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
