Maintenance Technician

***** Cushman and Wakefield***** Maintenance Technician***** Carmel, IN***** 6 Month contract to hire**We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Maintenance Technician to support multiple client locations in the Greater Indianapolis area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service to a variety of customers.Key *Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from customers.Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.Travel between customer sites as needed (mileage reimbursement provided*).Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions.Compensation:$25/hr to $31/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
