JOB TITLE: Marketing Production ManagerJOB LOCATION: Boston MA (Onsite)WAGE RANGE: 40 - 44/hr W2 (Open to C2C)JOB NUMBER:21673012+ Month Contract to startREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Organizational Skills, Proactive, Client-centricnice to haveExperience with Workfront or similar workflow tool and with a compliance team,3-5 years experience in a similar role.JOB DESCRIPTIONMarketing Production Manager In this role, youll work closely with teammates within the State Street Global Advisors marketing organization to coordinate the creation of marketing materials. You will utilize workflow processes and best practices to manage the development of campaign deliverables and collateral.You will act as the liaison between multiple teams to develop and maintain project schedules, statuses, and all communications as you ensure that deliverables are taken through the proper quality, legal and client approval processes.Responsibilities to include: Drive the workflow and drive the trafficking of marketing projects * Review new job requests to ensure information is complete and assign to appropriate creative team * Coordinate reviews and edits of marketing materials between internal client and agencies * Create or assist in the creation of project plans and schedules * Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved and released on time * Coordinate with project members to effectively communicate and meet date expectations * Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively resolved * Assist in the quality control process to ensure marketing materials are produced according to specifications and appropriate edits are made * Take appropriate action if a deadline is not being met * Submit marketing materials to Compliance and coordinate edits and approvals * Attend and participate in regular Production and Design meetingsWhat you bring:* Bachelors degree* 2 - 3 years of experience in media agency environment or similar * Ability to manage several tasks at once from multiple team members * Excellent communication skills and diplomacy * Self-motivation and natural curiosity towards detail * Fast learner with demonstrated success in fast-paced environment * Calm under pressure and able to work within tight deadlines * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Sound judgement and interpersonal skills * Intermediate PPT, Word, Excel, and Project skills * Previous experience with WorkFront or similar workflow toolsEqual opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
