***** Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.**Inquiries of all arrivals their reason for visit and notifies applicable department or directs/assists visitor to their destination as appropriate.Requires staff to display identification badges Responds to security concerns, deescalates verbal confrontationsObserve everyone exiting with large packages and request that they comply with existing policy on package inspectionFull knowledge of "Code Red" including location of fire extinguishers, fire alarm boxes, fire system (site specific).
