We look for individuals with a positive attitude, Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and drive are keys to success within our company.Roles and ResponsibilitiesMachine all parts as required to the exact specificationsSet Up and Operate Large Swing Diameter LathesSet Up and Operate Long Bed Lathes.Must be highly experienced with Steady Rests and Live Centers for Long PartsMachine Parts in Horizontal Boring Mill.Machine ID and OD threads including Acme, Buttress, and single pointTake accurate measurements with precision measuring toolsMachine parts per drawings in Large to Small LathesMachine parts per drawings in Knee MillsKeep a clean safe work area throughout the dayQualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentSet up, indicate raw materials in lathe, machine as required including; Live Centers, Steady Rests, etc..Technical knowledge and experience in operating manual Lathes and manual MillsAt least 10 (Ten) years of experience as a Manual MachinistPrecision measuring and drawing interpretationSpray welding ability and experience preferredManual machinist certification or apprenticeship preferredPDN-9f5c3204-d13f-44d8-8b58-295f93dec9de
