Marquez Brothers International Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative, that is reliable, responsible and a highly motivated individual to become part of our team.We are looking for a competent Sales Representative to maintain existing business and generate new business as well as maintain a positive relationship with customers. The ideal representative will be responsible for developing and building sales in assigned routes while representing Marquez Brothers International, Inc. in a professional manner. ESSENTIAL **Responsible for generating new business, managing assigned accounts, problem-solving and providing customer supportClosely monitors credits to purchases and adjusts orders accordingly to minimize returnsInquiries about the level of satisfaction with our service, monitors problems with product, delivery, or other service issues.Supplies management or supervisor with feedback reports of customer complaints and finds a solution to improve customer satisfactionPrepare sales presentations along with new proposalsWorks cooperatively with co-workers to maintain a team effortPOSITION REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND **At least three (3) years of previous sales or multi-food trade experience with a proven track record of increasing sales and strong customer service skillsAbility to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner using sound judgment and critical thinkingAbility to develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with team, vendors, and customers, including when under pressureMust be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and able to work independently and as a teamAbility to work scheduled hours and overtime, as neededProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a regular basisMust have a dependable and insured vehicle to travel daily to assigned accountsMARQUEZ BROTHERS INTERNATIONAL, INC.
