Risk Evaluation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Enterprise Capital Modeling team as an Actuarial Analyst. In this role, you will apply advanced actuarial methodologies to evaluate risk and make data-driven decisions that impact our capital requirement. This is a challenging opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on structured projects. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Applying actuarial techniques to complete complex projects and deliver actionable insights Developing and implementing new methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement change Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong foundation in actuarial science and experience working with relevant data analysis tools and software. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of experience in actuarial or related field. You should also have 3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams and experience with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within a three lines of defense model risk management framework, Igloo or Snowflake, and US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner are highly desirable.
