Job Description

Insurance Customer Service Representative Role This is a role that entails delivering exceptional customer service to our members through various communication channels. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other requests from members in a professional and timely manner. You will apply your developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy binding, rating, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions for various insurance products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying member needs and providing complete and accurate advice and solutions, including product and service information. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced contact center environment where you will navigate multiple systems/programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction across multiple channels. You will be required to maintain the necessary licenses and state registrations for Property & Casualty. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members. Apply developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, policy binding, rating, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions for insurance products and services. Identify, evaluate and understand member needs and consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions, including product and service information. Use available tools and resources to support members with some assistance. Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations. Requirements: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to provide exceptional customer service is essential. You must have successfully acquired Property & Casualty licenses before the date of hire and completed state registrations within 90 days of hire.
