The Bloodmobile Driver (with CDL) position in Bethlehem supports the MKBC Bethlehem location by facilitating successful blood drives within our community. The anticipated hourly wage starts at $17.29/hr and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all part-time employees:Dental and Vision BenefitsPTODiscount tickets and plansRetention Bonus of up to $1000Employee Assistance programAnd Much More!What you will be doing:Load vehicle with necessary supplies, drive to blood drive location, set up and assist the blood drive, then pack up and return to the blood center and unload equipment.Greeting and assisting donors, visitors, and clients in a friendly yet professional manner.Providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and respectfully.Perform additional tasks as assigned, including training, becoming familiar with SOP’s, and assisting with special projects as neededWhat you will bring to the role:CDL Class B required. CDL Class A, DOT Medical card, and experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle preferred.Experience in Outlook, Microsoft office and with Ipads (preferred)The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) to engage with donors and employees of all backgrounds.Strong work ethic including attendance, trust, flexibility, and reliability.A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of the blood center.Additional information:This position reports directly to the Distributions Supervisor in the Mobile Recruitment Department and will be located at our Bethlehem center.
