This is a hands-on role centered on gathering requirements, leading stakeholder discovery, and creating wireframes and mockups that accelerate product iteration. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholdersCreate mockups and wireframes using Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or similar toolsTranslate complex workflows into testable, clear user storiesAct as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations.Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience.Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Convey complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences, fostering clarity and understanding.Display a keen eye for detail, strategically applying it where necessary to ensure precision and accuracy in all endeavors.Embrace a critical thinking mindset, unafraid to pose questions and explore uncertain answers, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of independently identifying and resolving challenges.
