Wall Street law firm with diverse business practice seeks experienced attorney with 6+ years of leasing and transactional experience.Must have ability to handle complex retail and office leases and business transactions independently; must be able to tailor negotiations to the clients specific needs and goals (not approach deals in a rote manner). Real estate, M&A, Coop/Condominium work are pluses as the practice is quite varied.Initially, this would be a part-time, hourly position at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to expand to full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for both a collegial office environment and WFH / flexible workdays.
