A Well-Known Private Single-Family Office in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive/Personal Assistant (60/40 split) to support the President in a 1:1 capacity. The Executive is very nice, and his last EA/PA was there for 5 years! Candidates should have a minimum of 2-5+ years of applicable high-level EA/PA experience and a Bachelors degree is strongly preferred/required. They should be polished, professional, intuitive, proactive, NYC savvy, discreet, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, able to take initiative, and possess exceptional judgement, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and a "no task is too big or small" mentality. They should also be capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a great Executive and act as a central point of coordination across the firm!Salary depends on experience (90-110k ALL-IN). Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility to be reachable after hours if needed. Hybrid work schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote), with flexibility as this may change to 5 days. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive, high-level executive business and personal administrative support to the President of the family office. Manage daily business and personal calendar, appointments, and travel logistics for the President. Screen and respond to emails and calls with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Assist with document preparation, presentations, and financial reporting support. Oversee logistics for family, philanthropic, and investment-related events or meetings. Track and organize important deadlines, filings, and compliance matters. Liaise with accountants, attorneys, vendors, and investment professionals on behalf of the President. Maintain organization of physical and digital filing systems. Occasionally provide support to other senior staff or family members, as needed.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2-5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in a financial, legal, or family office environment. Bachelors degree strongly preferred/required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with document management systems and CRM tools a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
